ROZELL is Professor of Public Policy at George Mason University and the author of numerous studies on the intersection of religion and politics in the United States, interest group politics, and the presidency. His latest book (co-written with Mitchel Sollenberger) is "The President's Czars: Undermining Congress and the Constitution" (University Press of Kansas, 2012).
